These terms explain the conditions for using this digital bookstore and purchasing its products.

Digital Products

Products are digital books. Product descriptions should identify the contents, file format, language, and delivery method. No physical product is shipped.

Orders and Payment

An order is not considered paid until the payment provider or our authorized verification process confirms successful payment. Submitting a transaction reference or seeing a checkout success message alone does not guarantee that an order has been verified.

Digital Delivery

Access to a purchased product is provided after payment confirmation. If access is delayed or a download does not work, contact support for assistance.

Intellectual Property

Customers may use purchased books for personal use unless the product description states otherwise. Copying, redistributing, or reselling a book is not permitted unless authorized by the applicable rights holder or allowed by law.

Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
