Our products are digital books delivered electronically.

Problems With an Order

If you were charged but did not receive access, cannot download your book, or received a product materially different from its description, contact support so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

How to Request Help

Email haddedy57@gmail.com and include your order reference, the product purchased, and a description of the problem. Do not send full payment card details or passwords.

Review of Requests

Requests are reviewed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the payment provider's rules. Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the applicable payment method or provider. Processing times may depend on the provider.

This policy does not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
